The Vietnamese EFFECT sites are led by the site PI Dr Vu Quoc Dat with support from co-investigator Professor Thuy Le at at the Hanoi Medical University Hospital in Hanoi and the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City.
